A webinar on “PERSONALITY ENRICHMENT: MASTERING CHANGE IN AN INDIVIDUAL” was organized by Department of Languages of PERI COLLEGE OF ARTS AND SCIENCE on 25.09.2021 exclusively for the students of PERI EDUCATION. Mr. Karthik Ragavendar was the resource person of the day. The webinar was conducted through Google Meet App, an online platform.

PERI EDUCATION organized the webinar to expose the students to know about the Personality Enrichment. Nearly 100 students joined the webinar.

Ensuing the welcome address by Ms. Abirami Swaminadhan from second year B.Sc Psychology, the session started at 10.45 AM. Ms. M. G. Sujithra , HOD of Language Department has addressed the meeting and welcomed the keynote speaker Mr. Karthik Ragavendar started the presentation at 11 o'clock . The entire session was totally an interactive session. He explained the personality traits and gave ideason how to developit. He told many stories and gave many examples, so that the students can easily understand about the personality development.

FThe session ended at 12 o'clock with a formal vote of thanks by Ms. K. Rathna Priya, Assistant Professor, PERI COLLEGE OF ARTS AND SCIENCE wherein she expressed her gratitude to the resource person Mr. Karthik Ragavendar, the management and the participants. At the outset, the programme fulfilled the purpose of what it was intended.
