B.Sc Chemistry

The department offers B.Sc. Chemistry as a three year degree programme which is committed to excellence in chemistry for meeting scientific and technological challenges faced by the ever changing science centred world of the 21st century. The department provides ample opportunity for the students to accumulate a thorough fundamental knowledge of all fields of Chemistry. Meticulous lecture courses in the general areas of inorganic, organic and physical chemistry are conducted regularly. The main focus of the department is to instil the necessary spark and provide the scientific impetus. It has link with many industries to give them the latest input on the subject to the students. The well established Lab facilities with latest equipment and technology support.

The faculty members are highly focused to produce knowledgeable graduates for pursuing careers with academia industry and government.

Eligibility: Applicants who have cleared higher secondary examination with Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology or Botany or Zoology
