Session –1

Entrepreneurship Development Cell of PERI College of Arts and Science had organized a webinar on Developing Entrepreneurial Students for Future on 1st October, 2021 through Google meet. The session was presided over by Ms. Hepsibah Sharon.

The webinar was organized exclusively for the students of PERI College of arts and science to expose them to know about the Entrepreneurship Development.

The session was hosted by Ms. Harini, Ms. Farsana delivered the welcome address. Ms.Abirami Swaminathan gave special address and vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Anandh Raj, Assistant Professor, PERI College of Arts and Science. The session was totally interesting and filled with information and ideas pertaining to the development of entrepreneurship.

The speaker told about the hierarchy levels of EDII – TN and the importance of becoming an entrepreneur. She told what are all the schemes that helps the students financially who wish to become a entrepreneur.

Session – 2

The session was totally interesting and filled with information and ideas about the soft skills that are required in job environment on 2030

The speaker told about the need communication skills, self – motivation , leadership, responsibility, teamwork , problem solving, decisiveness, ability to work under pressure and time management , flexibility, negotiation and conflict resolution.
