On 10.00 am S.S.Farsana ll - B.ScMicrobiology hosted the entire program with her warm speech. Ms.Helen Freda from ll- B.Sc Microbiology welcomed the gatherers.After Welcome Speech ,Ms.Kiruthiga from lll- B.Sc Microbiology give the introduction about the Chief Guest to the Students and Faculty members of the PERI College of Arts and Science. At the end of the webinar MS.Srivarsha from lll- B.Sc Microbiology delivered vote of thanks.Around 80 students are participated from PERI College of Arts and Science in the Webinar.

3)Why we are using free RNA/DNA water in master dilution? Answer From Guest:-Most probably,the RNA and DNA molecule present in water will disrupt the report.

4)Why RT-PCR for COVID is better still it is 80% accurate in the report? Answer From Guest:- Emission of bad radiation by CT scan is hazardous to human body.so it is better to go with RT-PCR.
