M.Pharm - Pharmaceutical Analysis

Duration of Course: 2 Years

Eligibility:

A pass in B.Pharmacy with minimum percentage of 60% from any Recognized University.

M.Pharm -Pharmaceutical Analysis

Pharmaceutical analysis is a branch of analytical chemistry primarily dealing with analysis of drugs and pharmaceuticals based on pharmacopoeia methods. Candidates admitted to the course are imparted both theoretical and practical skill required to handle laboratory instruments like UV spectrophotometer, HPLC, LCMS, etc., during drug analysis, framing new bio analytical method for the drugs in biological fluids or of drug toxicity as per ICH or FDA guidelines.

Research institutes as project assistants or research fellows, pharmaceutical industries in AR & D, Quality control department of pharma industries, Research organization, Private drug testing laboratories and as a Faculty in Pharmacy institutions.
