PERISE 2016 – NATIONAL LEVEL CONFERENCE

Chennai, April 4 - PERISE 2016, a one-day national conference on Pure Emphatic Research in Science & Engineering jointly organized by all the Engineering departments of PERI Institute of Technology was conducted on 7th April 2016.

Dr. T.V. GOPAL, Professor in the department of Computer Science and Engineering, College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, Chennai, inaugurated the Symposium and delivered the inaugural address. The Principal of PERI IT Dr.R.Palson Kennedy welcomed the gathering and presented the keynote address.

Participants of the conference from various universities and colleges participated in the event and presented their papers. The participants were Teachers, researchers, Scholars and students from various Universities and colleges. Among the papers received around 80 papers have been shortlisted and were presented in the conference. The Proceedings of the conference was released by our distinguished chief guest.

Dr. S.Venugopal, an outstanding Scientist from IGCAR, Kalpakkam was the Chief Guest for the Valedictory function. He delivered the valedictory address and distributed the certificates to the participants.

The Program ended with the vote of thanks proposed by Ms. Devakani, Head of the Department of Civil Engineering, PERI IT.
