GUEST LECTURE ON ANDROID APPLICATIONS

To expose the recent trends in Information and Communication Engineering, the department of ECE organized a Guest Lecture on “ANDROID APPLICATIONS” on 20th August, 2014. Mr.M. Sri Satish, M.S. Senior Program ManagerSMAAT Apps & Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Chennai.

Mr.M. Sri Satish,highlighted the impact of the ANDROID in numerous real-world applications. He outlined Android platform architecture, OS kernel, libraries and devices, Android programming model, Delvik Virtual Machine and Energy efficiency.

The session ended up with a brainstorming query session where the students interacted enthusiastically and the resource person answered their queries and cleared their doubts.
