CSI STUDENT CHAPTER INAUGURATION

The Computer Society of India Student Branch at PERI Institute of technology was formally inaugurated as a glorious ceremony held on 21st December 2017. The auspicious event was graced with the presence of:

Mr.Raja– Technical Head, Chenni softtech as a Chief Guest,

Dr.Palson Kennedy - Principal and Head of various Departments as Guests of Honor.

To commence the inauguration on an auspicious note, and to embark upon a journey leading to the light of wisdom the ceremonial lamp was lit. Ms.Dhanalakshmi – President of CSI association delivered the welcome address and motivated the CSI team to contribute significantly towards the technical empowerment of the student members.

The chief guest Mr.Raja shared with the guests that our Institute is responsible not just for imparting knowledge, but for locating knowledge in the society in its quest for contributing to a better future. To further this cause, he encouraged our students to join and actively participate in Professional Bodies like CSI, IEEE and ISTE. This also helps them to widen their professional network and to keep them abreast about the major developments in the domain of Information Technology. He wished that the CSI Student Chapter Inauguration shall be a milestone for the members of the CSI.

The event came to an end with a deep sense of resolve and commitment towards maintaining high standards in the CSI Student and presentation of memento to the esteemed guests.
