Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC)

The Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) of PERI INSITITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY has been established with the objective of an Idea, Hard work, Launch and Growth the spirit of entrepreneurship among the youth of our college. The Chief Coordinator of the cell is Mr.B.Mahesh, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Civil Engg. and the Coordinators of the cell is Mr.R.Tamilamuthan, Mr.Kumaran, Mr.Dhinakaran, Mr.M.Anbalagan and Mr.T.Janarthan Assistant Professor’s, of various Departments of PERI IT. The cell has organized a workshop on STARTUP AWARENESS CAMP on 27th July Chief Guest Mr.ABINASH, Coordinator, EDII has witnessed of healthy participation from our own students. The cell was instrumental in creating an environment conducive for entrepreneurial thinking and action through the organization of a variety of programs. It includes entrepreneurship-oriented workshops and events in areas such as idea & innovation competitions, discussions with successful entrepreneurs, business plan contests, case studies, business quizzes, social entrepreneurship issues and solutions etc. The success of these events has boosted our confidence.
