Invitation of Fresher’s Day


“Fresher’s Party” in any college is an event which every student eagerly awaits from their time of admission. The 16th of December 2022 was as a memorable day in the life of every fresher of B.Pharmacy batch 2022-25 at Delta Block Auditorium, PERI Education,Chennai under the title NOVALIT.22. The Celebrity Guest was Mr. RAJAVEL a well known mimic, Emcee, Game host, dubbing artist and entertainer from Vijay TV. The fresher’s day was filled with excitement, joy, music, enthusiasm, laughter and happiness with the dress code of “ BLACK AND WHITE ”.

The celebration officially began at precisely10.00 am by our second year students with the warm welcome to all the dignitaries and the jury present in the function. Dr. P.Valentina, Principal, PERI College of Pharmacy, invited all the students and honoured the Guest with a momentum. Department Of Pharmacy faculty members were also welcomed.

Events started with solo singing performances by some of the best singers of second year. After this all the first year students introduced themselves. All of them were impressive in their own way. After this, some of the participants came up on the stage with their hidden talent and performed one by one.

Later on the celebrity guest Mr. Rajavel took on the stage in his funny way of attracting the audience towards him and added cherry to the pie. As a mimicry artist he imitated the voice of many actors and the voice of former Chief Minister Dr. J.Jayalalitha was a marvelous performance. All of them enjoyed a lot.

Finally, the vote of thanks was given by one of the second year student who thanked our Chairman, Mr. Saravanan Periyasamy, the COO, Mr. Sasi Veerarajan, and the Principal, Dr.P. Valentina, Department of Pharmacy. She heartily thanked all the first year students and faculty members who graced the occasion. The program was closed by National Anthem.
